Located in the heart of Cowra, we also provide cool room hire for your on-farm experience, as well as local hire available.

Monty's Meats will provide you with all the information needed to make the day run smoothly and get you the premium cuts and sausages that you request.
We have a range of sausage flavours to choose from including Traditional, Garlic & Herb, Honey Soy and many more.
If you require help with types of cuts, our friendly team are more than happy to assist you.
the process
Upon booking, we will provide you with all the information needed to give the best experience possible.
Slaughter happens 1 week prior to butcher, with cool room hire available.
During the butcher process you will have the opportunity to specify bag quantities, style of sausages and any other cuts you desire. We are more than happy to help in this process.
